That is the most ridiculous take I've seen all week, and I've seen Michigan fans try to explain their sign-stealing scandal. The weakest conference? We just won a national championship in 2020 and have been in the playoff mix every single year. The SEC has one great team and a bunch of overrated programs living off reputatiion. The Big 12 is a complete mess without Oklahoma and Texas, and the ACC is Clemson and a prayer. Look at the depth in the Big Ten. You have us, Oregon, Penn State, and Michigan all as legitimate top-ten caliber teams this year. Who does the SEC have after Georgia and maybe Alabama? A bunch of 8-4 teams that get hyped up in the preseason. Our conference schedule is a brutal gauntlet every single week, and now we're adding more elite programs. The idea that we're the weakest is pure fantasy from someone who is scared of what's coming. The Big Ten is the deepest, toughest conference from top to bottom, and we're gonna prove it on the field this fall. The rest of the country isn't ready for the new era of Big Ten football.
