Penn State has always recruited that region hard, it's not some new phenomenon. Besides, we're busy building our own roster with guys who actually want to be Tar Heels. We've got our own defensive studs coming in who are locked in. Maybe worry about your own class instead of tracking where every kid from the Midwest ends up.
