Top 25 nationally? For California? That's a bold call considering their recent history. We've seen this story before with prorams that get hyped off early visit numbers, but the real test comes when the big dogs start poaching. Their staff hasn't proven they can close against national competition when it matters most. A 90% commit rate from officials sounds great in June. Our recruiting is built on a different level of tradition and development, something they can't just manufacture with a good weekend visit. They might crack the top 40, but top 25 is a whole different ballgame. The ACC is ours to dominate, and we're not looking over our shoulder at teams still trying to build a foundation. We lock down our state and then go national, which is why our classes consistently finish where they do. They're dreaming too big, too early.
