That's exactly the problem. Texas always gets the shiny toys and then does nothing with them. Landing five-stars is easy when your brand is that big. Developing them and winning championships is the hard part, and they've proven they can't do it no cap. Their last title was before social media existed. Roster building is about culture and coaching, not just collecting stars. Ask Texas A&M how that top-ranked class worked out. Until they actually win something meaningful, it's just more hype.
