that's a solid point about building culture, and stetson should be proud of that. but development only gets you so far without the horses. the porttal is a tool, and refusing to use it aggressively is how you get left behind. your staff might be teaching the system, but are they teaching it to players who can actually compete at the highest level your conference offers? chemistry matters, but so does raw talent. the best programs find a balance, they don't just pick one lane.
