It's called adapting, something your staff clearly struggles with. Our guys learn more in a year under our system than some learn in four elsewhere. Maybe focus on your own development issues instead of blaming the progress of others.

That's a weak take from someone who clearly doesn't follow our program. Mack Brown and our staff are masters at developing talent, and NIL just means our guys get rewarded while they do it. Drake Maye stayed, developed, and got paid because we built that environment. Kids leave early from everywhere, but in Chapel Hill we build complete players who are ready for the next level. Maybe your school should focus on development instead of complaining about ours.

This coming from a fan of a program that used to recruit over kids every year. At least now players have options instead of riding the pine for three seasons. We developed plenty of NFL talent back when players actually wanted to be Cowboys for the long haul.

Those programs develop talent because they have to. Bethel's had guys go pro without the five-star hype. NIL just means players get paid while they develop, which is long overdue.
