Cohesion comes from coaching, and our staff knows how to integrate talent fast. While you're waiting three years to see if your guys develop, we're reloading to compete for the ACC title right now. Those "surgical" teams you praise would take 50 transfers too if they needed to, they just don't have to because they've been winning.
