oh please, spare me the lecture about culture shifts from a kansas fan. we've been putting guys in the league for years, quietly building pros while you all were celebrating a single win. our development track record sppeaks for itself, and we don't need an espn list to validate what we're doing. you act like you invented the concept of finding diamonds in the rough and coaching them up. we've been doing that in albuquerque through multiple staffs, sending guys to the nfl who play meaningful snaps. your "pitch" is just catching up to what real programs have always offered. and don't act like you're above the portal or nil now that you've had a couple good seasons. you're taking transfers just like everybody else, trying to buy your way into relevance. real development isn't a new marketing slogan, it's the foundation of our program. every time one of our guys makes a roster, it's because he was built from the ground up with grit. keep talking about billboards, we'll just keep producing players who actually belong on sundays.
