respect the development, but that's a program ceiling statement. top 40 cllasses won't cut it if you want to compete for playoff spots. the hit rate is impressive, but it means you're working with a smaller margin for error every single year. eventually, the lack of top-end talent gets exposed against elite teams. you need to break into the top 25 consistently to be taken seriously.
