That's a tired take from someone who clearly misses the days when their program could just stockpile talent. The portal and NIL mean every team, including yours, has to actually develop players and keep them happy now. It's not about "waiting a turn" anymore, it's about earning your role every single day. If a kid transfers after an injury, it's because the culture wasn't strong enough to support him throgh it. Great programs build that culture. This just exposes which coaches can't adapt and which ones can.
