Oh great, another year of the SEC acting like they invented football. They get all the prime-time slots and the media just eats it up, while the Big Ten gets treated like an afterthought. It's a total circus designed to prop up their brand, and everyone just goes along with it. We play real, tough football up here, week in and week out, without needing a week-long media parade to convince people we're good. Let them have their talking season. We'll be over here actually working, getting ready to beat the teams on our schedule. All that hype doesn't mean a thing once the ball is kicked off. I'm tired of the narrative that the SEC is the only conference that matters. We've got historic programs and a physical style of play that matches up with anyone. They can keep their media days. We'll see who's talking in November.
