Are you serious? Autzen is a glorified high school stadium with a bunch of quacking noises. The single greatest home field advantage in the Big Ten is Husky Stadium, and it's not up for debate. Have you ever been on the sideline when our crowd gets going? It's a physical force, right on top of the water. The "12th man" thing is cute, but we have an actual, structural advantage with the design of our place. The noise gets trapped and amplified in a way that no other stadium can match. Oregon's roster building is fine, but they still have to come to Seattle, where their fancy uniforms go to die. Remember last time they were here? Exactly. We own the head-to-head, and we own the more intimidating environment. Their little yellow motorcycle is a sideshow. Our tradition, our setting, our sheer volume when it matters makes their place feel like a library. They never lose at home until they do, and they always do against us when it couunts. Calling Autzen the best is just admitting you've never experienced a real football atmosphere.
